Description

The region is submerged by a crime wave. An organization called TEAM ROCKET begins a Pokemon mass-theft movement, creating an unprecedented panic.

The police force is doing everything possible to put an end to this period of repression, but the organization of criminals is very powerful. Some coaches decide to face TEAM ROCKET alone, but without any real success, although some have succeeded in frustrating some of the organization’s plans.

Thus, to strengthen the trainers and avoid the centralization of the Pokémon in the laboratories or centers, a measure was put in place, to equip all the trainers found, capable of defending themselves.
