Description

Gamble for Pokémon, battle with chaos, and bend the rules. Luck is your strategy in this unpredictable arcade-style adventure!

Core Features & Changes

Pokemon Game Corner Reimagined

Welcome to a wild twist on your typical Pokémon adventure. In this custom world, every town is buzzing with Arcades and Game Corners, and the rules of Pokémon are flipped on their head.

Core Features

  • Gacha-Only Pokémon: Poké Balls? Forget them. Pokémon can only be obtained through Gacha Machines found in Game Corners across every town.
  • Game Corner Marts: Every item normally found in Poké Marts, including all Secret Base decorations from Mauville, is now exclusively available via Game Corners.
  • Luck-Based Enhancements: At the start of a new game, flip a coin
    • Call it right: Boosted Shiny and Pokérus odds
    • Call it wrong: Back to default odds

Underground Economy

  • Black Market: Trade in your unwanted Pokémon for cold, hard cash.
  • Loan Sharks: Borrow money, but beware — they will come to collect.
  • Fake IDs: Needed to access exclusive areas like the Mauville Game Corner.

Gameplay Customization Toggles

Make your run as chaotic or strategic as you want:

  • D20 Battle Mode: Roll a 20-sided die to influence critical hit rate, accuracy, and damage.
  • Coin Flip Effects: Coin tosses determine status conditions and more — randomness rules.
  • Slot Machine Battles: Battle volatility increases with slot-based effects influencing turns.
  • No EXP Mode: No EXP from battles. Level up by gambling for Rare Candies.
  • Nuzlocke Mode: Comes with built-in level caps for a true hardcore experience.
  • Randomize Trainers: Trainer teams shuffle when Pokémon are sent out. Lose, and the rematch won’t be the same.
  • Randomize Wild Encounters: Wild Pokémon change every encounter, keeping exploration unpredictable.

Quality of Life Features

  • HM Freedom
    • As long as you have the HM and the required badge, you can use it in the overworld — without teaching it to a Pokémon. (Fly and Flash excluded)

Known Bugs

  • Graphics issues during dice rolls in multi battles (Stephen vs. Team Magma at Mossdeep). This should not impact gameplay.
  • Nickname screen bug when trying to name Castform or fossil Pokémon. Since these are randomized in-game, selecting “nickname” will display a weird string of text. This does not impact gameplay.
  • Truant ability behaves oddly when combined with stacking coin flips.
  • Blackjack ace math has occasional inaccuracies.
