Description

Pokémon Soothing Silver is a ROM hack of Pokémon SoulSilver that enhances the original experience with regional forms, custom shiny Pokémon, and various quality-of-life improvements like reusable TMs and early EXP Share. Trainers and wild Pokémon are stronger, creating a more challenging and engaging adventure.

With improved Pokémon viability, revamped moves, and new encounters, Pokémon Soothing Silver delivers a fresh take on the classic SoulSilver experience while keeping its nostalgic charm. Story

For the past two years, Johto has been witnessing a strange phenomenon—Pokémon species have been mysteriously vanishing, only to be replaced by regional variants. This unexpected change has left people confused and concerned. How is this transformation affecting the balance between humans and Pokémon? And what greater consequences might it have for Johto’s future?

  • Regional Pokemon Forms: Some Pokemon have new forms! These include Electrode, Marowak, Exeggutor, Growlithe, Geodude, Sandshrew and More.
  • Custom Shinies: 65 new shiny forms, plus a higher shiny rate (1/2048) to make shiny hunting more fun!
